At the end a groupings of all lots will be offered. Any groupings are subject to 5% increase of the bid price of all lots. Example: Lot 1 = $100,000 Lot 2 = $100,000 Grouping of Lots 1 and 2 = $200,000 + $10,000 (5%) = $210,000 If a bid of $210,000 is made, then bidding will reopen under a different lot.
